We all carry patterns of coping based on our past experiences. Sometimes these patterns begin to hold us back from what we truly want. I specialize in relational trauma treatment with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and somatic experience. You can learn how to recognize troubling feelings as they arise so that you can react thoughtfully rather than emotionally.
My goal is to support you in finding healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety so you can face life’s challenges with grace and heal past wounds of disconnection that may be standing in the way of your innate ability to thrive.
