Welcome to Soul Speak.
I am here to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly express themselves without fear of judgment.
I work with clients who may be experiencing a range of emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, grief and many others.
My goal is to help clients gain insight into their challenges, develop coping skills, and make healthier choices in order to promote positive change, personal growth and foster a path towards wholeness, wellbeing and empowerment.
I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology and my masters degree in Integral Theory. I am currently a full⁃time faculty member in the psychology department at the University of Colorado Denver. I am also a certified yoga instructor of eight years.
